What are Resin Charms used for?

Resin Charms can be used for arts and crafts like hairpins, keychains, magnets, decorating items, and etc. Some charms can even be used for nail art as well. Please take note that some charms can be to big for nails and should be tested for stability.

How big are the Charms?

Most Charms are about 1x1 inches and up. All our Charms are flat on the back no matter the size.

What age(s) can use Charms?

Charms can used for all ages, however we suggest parental supervision with children who are under the age of 13 years. We also suggest proper storage for your Charms. Charms are small in size and can be a choking hazard for children under the age of 5 if left unsupervised.

What size packages do the Charms come in?

Our Charms are packages based on pieces. Our smallest package consist of 16 pieces and our largest package consist of 64 pieces.

Do you supple samples of Charms?

At this time, we do not offer samples. Our smallest amount of Charms are 16 pieces.

Can I pick the Charms I want?

Please take note that all Charms are selected random and may not contain the same Charms. Remember, the bigger the amount of pieces, a better chance of getting a better sel ected Charms.

Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How long is the process for orders to be delivered? 

Any order that is placed, is subject to 2-5 business days processing timeframe before being shipped out to USPS. Any orders placed during peak time, such as holidays/Black Friday, the processing timeframe is subject to increase to 3-5 business days. We will do our best to process and ship orders out in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about our processing times, please email us and we will reply within 24-48 business hours.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with USPS tracking number that can be tracked from the USPS website and/or here. If you did not receive an email with confirmation email or tracking information, please email us atHelp@createitcharms.comand we will resend another one for you.

Do you accept refunds?

We DO NOT accept refunds at this time. We will accept and process refunds ONLY IF your package was returned due to incorrect shipping address or the wrong item(s) were shipped out.

My order was returned and refunded, why?

In cases where a package was returned back to us and we refunded your money was due to an incorrect/invalid address or P.O Box that was provided at the time the order was placed. We suggest checking to ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate and correct before checking out. If the shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at Help@createitcharms.comas soon as possible and we will do our best to update shipping address with correct address before order is shipped out. 

My order was shipped out with incorrect shipping address/P.O Box, what do I do? 

If the shipping address is confirmed as incorrect/invalid by the shipping carrier, the order would be shipped back to us and we would issue a refund. You will receive an email from us stating the reason for the refund. In order to receive your package again, another order would have to place again and we suggest checking the shipping address for accuracy.

Order says delivered, but did not receive it?

Our delivery carrier is with USPS and sometimes the carrier can mark packages delivered before it make it to your shipping address. We suggest allowing an additional one to two business days after delivered notification. We also suggest to check with nearby neighbors and/or your entire premises just incase. If you still have not received your package after addressing the above next steps, please email us atHelp@createitcharms.comand we will do our best to find it or give a one-time replacement once package has been confirmed “missing”.

Missing items from orders?

Please email Help@createitcharms.comwith order number and a description of the item(s) from your order. Once item(s) have been confirmed missing/damaged, that item or items, will be shipped out within 48 business hours.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we do not ship overseas. We only ship within the US.

Do you accept exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and packaging Issues

Damages to products?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, please take note that not all charms are perfect and can possibly be mispainted or deformed. We do our best to inspect our products and filter out imperfect charms. My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

We understand that packing carriers can sometimes be rough with packages and etc. However, we are not responsible for any damage(s) that is done by the shipping carrier. We suggest you reach out to USPS and/or file a claim here for concerns of damage packages.
